Who isn't happy to run 2,000 meters less for a race at this point of the season. The Catoctin girls were in winning their home Cougar Short Course Invite on Wednesday led by race winner Julien Webster clocking a 11:35 on the 3K course and teammate Bella Kreiner in third place at 11:55.
