Andrew Jesien continued to be the dominate force in the distance races this indoor season. He ran 4:22 to win the mile at the Yale Classic. The distance relays of Walter Johnson produced great results at the Yale Classic meet. Walter Johnson known for the great distance and mid-distance relays are the only Maryland team that makes the trip to Yale. The boys distance medley ran 11:01 and girls 3200 relay ran 10:05, and 13:05 in the distance medley. For Poolesville they ran 10:02 in the 4x800 and 13:03 in the distance medley. Erin Moore from Poolesville ran 2:20.5 in the open 800.
