Westlake junior Jay Hall has opened his 2016 cross country season strong, following an opening weekend win at the Brunswick Invitational with a solid runner-up effort at the Track and Trail Invitational. He will look to pick up his second win of the year and possibly set a new personal best on the fast course at Saturday's Prince George's County Invitational.
