Take a look at the results, performances and coverage from this past week's meets in Maryland. It was a quite a winter break show for Baltimore Poly's William Henderson at the F.I.T. Invitational on Wednesday with 3 state leading and a pair of US #1 performances in the 55 meter dash (US #1 6.32), 55 meter hurdles (US #3 7.42), and long jump (US #1 24-0).
