Bad Weather At Home Doesn't Stop Maryland From Another Huge Weekend!

William Henderson Just Keeps Getting Better

Baltimore Poly senior turned heads around the country with his performance at the F.I.T. Invitational over winter break. This Saturday he took his talents farther north to The Armory in New York for the Hispanic Games. He arguably had an even better day than he did at the F.I.T. Invitational, lowering his US #1 time in the 55 to 6.31 and raising his US #1 mark in the long jump to 24'6.

It's truly unfortunate that he will not get to compete in the long jump at the state championships because he is one of the best that Maryland has seen in the event in a while. With the roll he's on right now, however, it's hard to see anybody in the 3A classification taking him down in the 55 dash or the 55 hurdles.
