The 2017 outdoor track season isn't over yet, but now that the state meet has come and gone the class rankings are pretty much set. Richard Montgomery sophomore Mark Unger spent the fall and winter working back from an injury, and that patience paid off for him at Morgan State when he finished third in the state in the 1600 with a new personal best of 4:19. After starring in the 800 last spring, Unger has added the mile to his track repertoire. Along with freshmen Seydi Sall (second in the state in the 400) and Garrett Suhr (who missed the outdoor season) the future is blindingly bright at Richard Montgomery.
