Monday, June 12: Easy six miles around 7:15 pace.
Tuesday, June 13: Three mile run - felt good so the pace was around 6:20.
Wednesday, June 14: Five miles of hills, 7:10 pace.
Thursday, June 15: Six miles up and down hills, 6:40 pace.
Friday, June 16: Worked all day, didn't have much time to workout.
Saturday, June 17: Double gym workout to make up for Friday: did legs in the morning and arms at night.
Sunday, June 18: 20 mile bike ride up and down hills.
Total mileage: 20 miles
