Check out the top outdoor returnees in the state of Maryland for the girls 300 meter hurdles. Northwest's Editta Pessima won the 4A girls 300 meter hurdles title last spring and recently claimed the 55 hurdles state title indoors. She hopes to carry that momentum over to her final high school track season and break 44 seconds for the first time in the 300 meter hurdles.
