North Caroline's Emily Lewis excels in many track and field events, but perhaps in none more than she does in the 300 hurdles. She hasn't lost a race in the event all spring, and her 43.48 performance at the Bayside Championships earlier this month ranks as the fourth-best in Maryland this year, regardless of classification.
