She only runs in the fall, but C. Milton Wright's Haley Cummins makes the most of her short window focusing on the sport of cross country. The rising junior Cummins has won back to back state titles in 3A and owns a 5K personal best of 17:56. She went undefeated in all but one race last cross country season.
