It might be too much to ask for anyone to top Eric Allen's performance (34.20) from last year's meet, but there's a good chance that this year's field could be deeper, as only three boys broke the 36-second barrier last year. Bullis newcomer Ryan Willie recently ran 22.00 and 48.71 on the banked track at the New York Armory and will make his season debut in the event, with a sizeable group of competitors looking to break or push farther past the 36-second mark.
