Boys 55 Meter Hurdles

As is the same with the 55 meter dash, Saturday's 55 meter hurdles field could re-shape the Maryland state rankings. DuVal's Adetomiwa Adebayo and Bishop McNamara's Drake Murphy are currently sitting at second and third on the state leaderboard, and are the only other boys besides current state leader Andre Turay to have clocked a sub-7.50 performance this season. Westlake's Duane Kizer is not far behind, having run 7.58 at last weekend's Southern Maryland Track Classic. Northwest's Shyheim Wright set the meet record of 7.39, a mark well within reach of this field.
