Everyone familiar with the current state of private school girls track and field in the DC Area knows that the Bullis girls sit in a tier of their own. When looking at the best of the rest in a deep field, however, Elizabeth Seton consistently stands out on the sprint side. During the 2014-15 indoor season the Elizabeth Seton girls went on to run the 13th-fastest 4x200 relay time in the country, just behind Bullis (#8) and Riverdale Baptist (#11).
Their season-opening performance at the Real Deal High School Classic in Hampton, Virginia, was not their fastest of the season, but it was one of the fastest times in the country at the time. Their 1:45.12 time ended the weekend as a US #3 performance, just behind North Carolina powerhouses Parkland Magnet (1:44.88) and Wakefield (1:45.06).
