River Hill's Quinlan Ballou is our number one returner for the incoming sophomore class for the 2022 cross country season. Ballou has already made quite a name for himself after having the fastest time for a freshman at the 2021 Maryland State Championships. Ballou's 5K PR comes from a tri-meet at his home course where he ran a time of 17:12.00. Close behind is Crofton's Jackson Lastowski, just one second away. Lastowski secured the second spot after a top 15 performance at the 2021 MPSSAA 3A South Region Championships.
