VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA -- The Maryland state leaderboard went through major changes after the outstanding performances at The VA Showcase. Starting off we have the Calvert Hall College High School boys who ran their way to a U.S. and MD No. 1 time in the 4x200m relay. Another stellar performance from this team came from Calvert senior Jason Holmes-Williamson in his victory in the 55mh prelims. He ran a U.S. and MD No. 1 time of 7.35 (he is also U.S. No. 4 in the 60mh).  

Next, we have Nikolas Butler-Simpson from Bishop McNamara High School who stormed down the track to MD No.1 in the 300m Dash with a time of 34.51(ranks No. 4 nationally). He also ran a PR in the 500m at the showcase (1:05.28) which currently ranks him MD No. 2
