The Bulldogs have the strongest sprint team in Maryland, and most likely the United States. Sage Hinton, Lauren Leath, Jade Ofotan, and Sydney Sutton will put up top 10 marks in the nation this season. They are just as strong in the field as well. While they don't score any distance points (as of yet), their depth in the sprints and field easily makes them the top team in Maryland.

Elise and Ella Cooper are two of the top sprinters in the country and will make the Eagles contenders in every meet they attend. Mary Gorsky had an outstanding track season last spring and will look to improve those times during her junior season.

Jasmine Cook, Ariana Wright, and Isabella Shanley are 3 of the top sprinters in the state. The Patriots have also put together strong relays so far this season running 1:44 for the 4x2 and 4:11 for the 4x4.

The Wildcats have shown depth in all event groups this season. They have thetop 4x8 time in teh state (9:47). Megan and MacKenzie Raue are off to strong starts in individual distance events. Carolyn Hultman has run 1:20 for 500 and is a strong long sprinter.

Nina Pitt and Anyia Bates are dominant spritners and will palce high in every meet they attend. Pitt and Jaelynn Blackwell are very strong jumpers as well. Flowers also has depth in the sprints and will put together very strong relays.

The defending Indoor 3A State champs bring back several key parts of last year's team. Gayle Henderson is a strong long sprinter. Gabby Cope and Annie Campbell are both ranked top 10 in the state in the Shot-put and getting Ella Meccia back on the distance side will help Northern defend their state championship.

Alicia Hall is one of the top jumpers in the state and the scorpions have already put together strong relay times in the 4x2 and 4x4. Add in Frankie Moore on the distance side and OM has a well balanced Track team.

Sierra Swangin has jumped 5-3 in the high and Mame Diop has jumped over 35 in the triple so far this season. Brooke Cochran is one of the top sprinters in the state and Blake has put together very strong relays so far this season. They lead the state in the 4x4 (4:06)

Arayana Ladson has emerged this season as one of the top sprinters in the state. She won the 55 dash at the Hoco Winterfest last week running 7.20 and has long jumped over 17 feet.

Arden Martino is one of the top Pole Vaulters in the state. Grace Doerchester and freshman Marissa Mock will help score points in the mid-distance events and relays.
