The #1 ranked Oakland Mills Boys should run away with the 2A State Championship. The Scorpians are projected to score 109 points, 70 points more than projected runner-up Century. They can score points everywhere and have the ability to score 2 or 3 athletes in multiple events.
The battle for second should be fun to watch as Century, New Town, and Calvert are only separated by 9 points. Newtown should score points in the sprints with Denver Shields and Amir Wright. Century will rely on Peyton Dill in the distance events and Pole Vault along with Louis Losoya who is projected to win the Pole Vault.
