Bullis has shined at every meet they have run at, including the Millrose Games this past weekend. They easily won the Montgomery Private School Championships last week. The Bulldogs lead the nation in the 4x200 and 4x400 relays and the national leaderboard is filled with Bullis girls. It will be fun to watch them prepare for the Indoor National meets coming up.

McDonogh easily won the IAAM Championships a few weeks ago. They continue to show depth all around the track in sprints, distance, and field and are one of the most complete teams in the state.

The Vikings won the Howard County Championship a few weeks ago and finished second in the 3A East Regional. They have one of the top pairs of sprinters in the state in Aryana Ladson who is a powerhouse athletes that has shown the ability to score points in 4 events every meet and Sameena Matthew who is one of the best long sprinters in the state. They will be in the hunt for a 3A State championship.

James Hubert Blake won the Montgomery County Championships and the 4A West Regional and have positioned themselves as one of the favotires in the 4A State race. Sierra Swangin is one of the top high jumpers in the state and Brooke Cochran can score in any sprint event.

Northern won the SMAC Conference and the 3A East Regional meet and will battle with Mt. Hebron for the 3A State championship. They will use their depth to score points in multiple events. Gabby Cope and Annie Campbell continue to show their dominance in Shot.

CH Flowers won the PG County Championships and have some of the most dynamic athletes in the state. Nina Pitt, Jaelynn Blackwell, and Anyia Bates can score points in multiple events. They look to place high in the 4A State championship.

Old Mill drops a few spots due to their performance in the county and regional championships, meets they could have won. They still have some of the most dominant sprinters in the state in Jasmine Cook, Ariana Wright, and Isabella Shanley and can place high in the 4A State Championships.

Spalding finished a close 3rd in the IAAM Championships and boasts a core of strong athletes and relays. Athena Smith is one of the top jumpers in the state and Spalding Relays rank among the top in the state as they have run 1:44. 4:11. And 9:57 for the 4x200, 4x400, and 4x800 respectively.

The Knights won both the Carroll County Championships and the 2A West Regional. While they dont have dominant individuals like some of the other schools on this list, Century is deep and can score in a lot of events. Alanya Gifford (Mid-Distance), Natalie Mason (PV), and Elizabeth Mikroka (Distance) can all score points in the 2A State meet and they will be one of the favorites to win.

Urbana has quietly shown they are one of the top teams in the state this season. They have won the CMC, Frederick, and 4A Central Regional Meets. While the dont score a ton of points on the track they are dominant in the field and can rack up a large amount of points in the High Jump, Pole Vault, and Shot. Due to this they are in contention to win the 4A State Championship.
