On Saturday, some of the top athletes in the United States and Jamaica will go head-to-head in a variety of individual events and relays at the East Coast International Showcase in Landover, Maryland.

Several of the top Jamaican athletes have stayed in the United States after competing at the Penn Relays last week.

Which means, many of the Penn Relays' top teams -- like Hydel, Edwin Allen, Holmwood Tech, and St. Elizabeth --  are also available for this weekend and have scheduled their athletes to compete at the P.G. Sports Complex.

Which events look to be the most competitive?

Who are the top athletes to watch out for this year's meet? Check out our preview below.
