What was your most memorable race/throw/jump/vault/moment? Why is that?
My diving finish at the 2023 State championship because it was a race I knew I deserved to win and I was willing to do anything to get the title.
Was there a certain moment or breakthrough race/meet when you realized you would be able to compete at a high level?
The post-season of my sophomore year at nationals in Florida. I set a five-second PR and got my first National title.
What are some bumps in the road that you've encountered when it comes to training for different events during the season?
Indoor season of my senior year when I got injured and missed all of the season after being in the best shape of my life at the time.
If you are writing a letter to your younger freshman self, what advice might you give them?
No matter what stay focused on the big goal and be willing to let every race hurt.
If you had to pick: Track and Field or Cross Country, why? (If you only run Track, then don't worry about explaining why).
Track and Field because it's more fast pace and more exciting.
What are your post-high school or college plans? If Running in college, explain why you picked that school.
I plan to run at the University of Tennessee. I chose this school because of the coaching. The coaches at Tennessee are the best in the business and I know I'll be able to reach my full potential with them at my side.
What is your favorite pre-race snack, tradition, etc.?
Warming up with my 4x400 guys and listening to them complain about running a half mile.
Name the top Maryland Cross Country or Track moment(s) you have witnessed. Can be by level of greatness or just something that really stood out to you.
Watching my teammate Aiden Neal go to Brooks PR and race against the best in the business.
