GIRLS
The Frederick girls will look to dominate the CMC Championships. They have run strong all year and will be one of the favorites heading into the 4A State Championships. They can score 5 in the top 20 and possibly finish with a team score of under 50 points! Urbana and Smithsburg are the projected 2nd and 3rd place teams and are only separated by 1 point!
Individually it is going to be fun to watch Lauren Stine and Caroline Gregory battle with each other! Both girls have run under 18 minutes for 5k this season and are currently running really well. Stine finished 2nd at the MDXC invite 2 weeks ago and Gregory won the Patriot Invitational last week.
