On the team side, Liberty looks to be the favorite. They have run strong all year and have the ability to put 5 in the top 15. If they do that, mathematically they can't be beat. Chasing them will be Manchester Valley and Century. Both teams are pretty evenly matched and should make for a good battle for second

Individually, Ryan Hartranft from Century and Gregory Schellberg from Liberty come into the meet with 5k PRs only a second apart. Hartranft has run 16:08 to Schellberg;s 16:09. look for those two to be stride for stride all race long.
