We knew there was a good reason that we would be sending our contributor Ryun Anderson to film the T.C. Williams Invitational on Saturday. It turned out that the meet in Northern Virginia turned into a day of many big wins and fast times from Maryland athletes and relays.

Ryun Anderson shares his top 6 things that he is most excited about looking forward in the 4A state indoor meet competition next Tuesday at PG.

Check out the boys results merge from the 4A regionals held at the Armory this past week. The CH Flowers boys are looking like favorites for state after their regional meet which saw Cameron Burgess in the 500, Brian Nelson in the 300, and their 4x20 and 4x400 meter relay run top times among the regionals at the Armory in Baltimore.

A 4-way finish among PG County's best at 800 meters in the 4A West Regional Race. Watch Nikolas Thomas of Suitland go from last to first place in the final and grab the win swinging to the outside off the final turn!

We want to know how deep teams in the state of Maryland are in particular events. We take the top 5 performers on each team in the 500 for boys and girls and rank the squads across the state.
