Onsite Packet Pickup and Registration: 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
First Race: 12:45 pm (Middle School 2.5K)Boys go first; girls 2 min later
Eligible Runners: any middle school or high school cross country runner from WV, DC, MD and VA (two teams compete in each race: MD and VA)
Seeded 5K Races (must have 10 scoring runners per state or jurisdiction)
Geared towards Varsity Runners
Seeded Boys MD vs VA vs WV (WV on VA start line; DC on MD start line)
Seeded Girls MD vs VA vs VA (WV on VA start line; DC on MD start line)
OPEN 5K Races (Varsity and JV)
OPEN Boys MD vs VA

OPEN 2.5K Middle School Races (6th, 7th, 8th Graders)

INDIVIDUAL RUNNER ENTRY:
$28 per runner thru November 1; $30 Nov 2-16
$35 onsite day of registration: limited
FIELD SIZE LIMIT: 500

Uniforms and Race Rules: All runners must follow USATF rules singlets and shorts must be worn the entire race. No hand-holding as runners approach and cross the finish line
