RACE LEVELS:
1. Each school may enter one varsity boys team (7 runners) and one varsity girls team (7 runners). Each school may also enter one JV boys team (10 runners) and one JV girls team (10 runners).
2. Athletes entered in the JV races must be in the 9th or 10th grade.
3. Schools may enter unlimited runners in the open boys race and the open girls race.
ENTRY FEE:
The entry fee is $125.00 per gender if only entering one gender (Varsity, JV and open race)
The entry fee is $200.00 if entering all races Boys and Girls
Teams entering incomplete teams will be charged $15.00 / athlete entered
The entry fee should be received by Friday, September 11th, 2016

TEAM/ATHLETE ENTRY:
The preferred method of entry is via http://md.milesplit.com
Coaches should enter in all athletes they plan to have compete that day in their respective races via
http://md.milesplit.com/
However, if you must make a race day change the race director does not need be notified as long as an athlete is entered into any of the races, the athlete can switched into any race.
If you have an additional athletes to add to your teams race day roster that were not already entered after the entry deadline please email them to Coach Benjamin at ebenjamin@bcps.org no later than Thursday, Sept. 15th
Entries are due on Tuesday September 13th, 2016 by 11:00 pm.

10:00 a.m. Varsity Girls Race 3.1 miles scoring race
10:35 a.m. Varsity Boys Race 3.1 miles scoring race
11:00 a.m. JV Girls Race 3.1 miles scoring race
11:40 a.m. JV Boys Race 3.1 miles scoring race
12:10 p.m. Open Boys Race 3.1 miles non-scoring
12:30 p.m. Open Girls Race 3.1 miles non-scoring
AWARDS 1:00 p.m.
1. Plaque to winning team and runner-up; Plaque to winning JV Team
2. Medals to individuals finishing 1-10 (Varsity and JV races)
3. Ribbons to individuals finishing 11-25 (Varsity and JV races)
4. Open Races- Ribbons to individuals finishing 1-20
