Times to Note:
Coaches Meeting 8:30 am.
Meet Start Time - 9:00 am
Coaches that are meet officials may coach their athletes during the meet.
Results/Seedtime Information:
All league meet results should be uploaded to md.milesplit.com by Thursday May 6th at 11:59 pm.
All invitational results should be uploaded by Sunday May 7th at 11:59 pm.
Any meet results received after this date and time will NOT be used to seed the Varsity County Championships with the exception of any invitational run on weekend of May 5th-7th.
Should meets not be loaded on either of the websites and a seedtime is entered for an athlete not listed in databases please email both Eric Benjamin ebenjamin@bcps.org and
Chris McGuiness cmcguiness@bcps.org the date and name of the meet and location of where the meet took place.
Entry Limits:
Each team is allowed to enter three individuals per event and one relay team per relay based on the top 18 list for Varsity teams and the top 24 list for JV teams.

All County Championship entries will be done via md.milesplit.com
Performance Lists:
The 18 top performers list for Varsity and top 24 performers list for Junior Varsity will be available on Athletic.net and md.milesplit.com
Entry Deadline:
All entries varsity and junior varsity are due by Sunday May 7th at 9:59 pm
Scratch Deadline:
Wednesday, May 10th at 4:00 pm is the deadline for contacting Eric Benjamin @ ebenjamin@bcps.org with any scratches.
County Championship Order of Events
In all track events the order will be JV Girls, Varsity Girls, JV Boys, Varsity Boys unless noted otherwise
In all field events JV events will precede the Varsity events
