Interstate Classic 2017
Clear Spring High, Clear Spring, Maryland
This years Interstate Classic will be on Saturday, September 2, 2017. Divisions will be determined based on school enrollment numbers.
A list of teams participating will be available by mid-August. This will be emailed to coaches and posted on Athletic.net. PLEASE REGISTER YOUR TEAM ON ATHLETIC.NET by August 1 if you plan on participating.
ENTRIES: Will be done via Athletic.net. Entries will be due on August 27. Athletes must be entered on the website if coaches wish to have teams participate. Teams must be entered by August 1. Limit 25 teams
COURSE: Begins and finishes on grass. The course includes the trails of the Claud E. Kitchens Outdoor Education Center and a 200 meter stretch on a gravel lane.
AWARDS: Awarded to top two teams in each division
Medals for Individuals 1st - 3rd
Ribbons 4rd through 15th place
RibbonsTop 15 in JV Race
Individual Awards will be available for pick up in the press box after results are posted.
TIMES: Course Opens 8:00 a.m.
Coaches Meeting: 8:15 a.m.
Girls Varsity 9:00 a.m.
Boys Varsity 9:40 a.m.
Girls JV 10:20 a.m
Boys JV 11:00 a.m
Additional races will be added if the number of teams warrants a change. :
Concession stands will be open and T-shirts will be on sale.
Cost: $125.00 per school
$80.00 for one gender only
