This meet is about FULL TEAM PARTICIPATION- Plenty Of Opportunities To Get Your Entire Team A Chance To Compete. We Are Usually Done By 3:00!

Track Events: 9:30 AM

1 - 4x800 Meter Relay - JV (no timing)- STARTS AT 9:30 (Unlimited JV 4x800s Per Team)

2 - 4x800- Varsity (1 Team)

3 - Shuttle Hurdle(100 & 110)- All 4 individuals run, then we add up times

4 - OPEN 1600- 5 Entries

5-4x200 Meter Relay

6 - DMR (1200-400-800-1600) - 1 Team

7 - 4x100(1 Team)

8 - OPEN - 300m Hurdles- 5 Entries

9- OPEN- 400 Meter Dash- 5 Entries

10- OPEN- 800 Meter Run- 5 Entries

11 - SMR (400-200-200-800)- 1 Team

12 - JV 4x400 Relay (no timing- 3 JV 4x4s Per Team)

13- 4x400 (1 Team)

14 - Coaches Relay (100-100-200-400)

Field Events: 9:00

4 Entries Per Event, BUT only score the best 2 as a Relay

Girls Pole Vault, Girls Discus (3 Throws & Finals), Girls & Boys Long Jump (OPEN PIT- 4 Jumps- NO Finals- 9:00-11:30), Boys High Jump is FIRST

Boys Shot-Put Starts at 9:00, Girls Follow (3 Throws & Finals)

Girls & Boys Triple Jump (OPEN PIT- 4 Jumps- NO Finals-12:00-2:00), Girls High Jump follows Boys

Maximum of 4 events total
