On Wednesday at the DCIAA Indoor Championships, Theodore Roosevelt's (DC) Fajr Kelly scooped up four wins, none more impressive than her effort in the 500m.
Kelly won 4 individual titles capping off her day winning the 300 meter dash in a 40.35 personal best performance.
