When: Saturday, December 20, 2008. Field events begin at 9 a.m. and running events begin at 9:30 a.m.
Where: Prince George's Sports and Learning Complex, 8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, MD, 20785.
Who: 30 invited teams. If interested in participating, please email Mike Kiernan or Scott Raczko. Only invited teams will be allowed to participate.
Entries: 1 relay per team in each event, 2 individuals per team in each event. Additional entries may be requested and accepted based on field sizes and performances of athletes. Entries due: Wednesday, December 17 at 9:00 PM. All entries must be completed on the milesplit network, www.milestat.com. Instructions are below. MAKE SURE TO GET YOURSELF REGISTERED AND APPLY TO BE AN ADMINISTRATOR FOR YOUR TEAM ON YOUR RESPECTIVE MILESPLIT SITE (VA., MD., ETC) ASAP. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER YOUR TEAM OTHERWISE.
Entry Fee: $300 per school for two genders. $150 for single gender teams. Entries not sent via Hy-tek will be $350 per school ($175 per gender). Please make checks payable to NVCCTFA. Please send entry check to Mike Kiernan, c/o Westfield High School Track & Field, 4700 Stonecroft Blvd., Chantilly, VA 20151.
Scratches: We will attempt to accommodate substitutions on the day of the meet. Please scratch athletes not competing as soon as possible upon arrival to the meet.
