Thursday 2/10 - 2:30 pm Running Eventsand Triple Jump
Entry Fee: $125.00 per team - $250 per school with boys and girls teams.
Payment: Checks should be made payable to Henlopen Athletic Conference

Entry Seeding: Registration will be done through Milesplit. website deadline Sunday, Feb.6th at 11:59 p.m.
Please enter performances from this season, or if the athlete has not competed in that event, he/she must be entered with no performance (NT or ND). Performances should be verifiable on milesplit.com or through the DIAA performance tracker used for the state meet.
Try to submit FAT times when possible; hand times will be converted for seeding purpose.
PASSWORD TO REGISTER/ENTER ATHLETES AND MORE SPECIFIC meet procedures/guidelines will be emailed to head coaches no later than Wednesday, Jan. 26.
Entry Limitations: Three per Event, 1 relay team/event
Awards: HAC Team Championship Trophy will be presented to the 1st place school in both boys and girls.
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in each event
Team Scoring: Top 8 Scored 10-8-6-5-4-3-2-1
Rules and Regs: All HAC, DIAA and NFHS Rules will be in effect
Meet Workers: Each school is required to provide two (2) adult workers to officiate the meet and two student helpers.

Equipment: Each school is required to bring their own shots and batons
Starting blocks will be provided or you may use your own blocks.
Facility Information:
All Running and Jumping surfaces are urethane rubber (1/4 pyramid spikes)
Athletes should come dressed ready to compete. There will be No Locker Rooms Available
CoVid Procedures: This will be a no spectator event. All athletes, coaches and officials will need to wear masks at all times, with the exception of competing athletes who can flip their masks down at the start of their track event or each attempt in their field event.
UMES has also requested that all team personnel show proof of vaccination or a negative Co-vid test within 72 hours of the event. (Schools should forward to the meet director a roster of athletes/coaches signed by the school nurse/head coach verifying all are vaccinated OR have tested negative within 72 hours).
