 Entry Fees: TBD. 

 Entry Instructions: Entries will be done on MileSplit. Entries are due Wednesday, March 16th, 2022 at 8:00 PM.

 Scratches: Track Event Scratches are due  by email at 1:00 PM Sunday March 20th, 2022

 Entry Limits: Track Events- Unlimited Entries  / Field Events- Unlimited Entries

 Starting Heights: High Jump - TBD | Pole Vault - TBD

 Heats: Fast to Fastest

 Flights: TBD

 Preferred Lanes: 4, 5, 6, 3, 7, 2, 8, 1

 Finals: Track: Pre-lims in 100m & 100 Hurdles  / Field Events: 5 to finals and will be reseeded.

 Results: M&D Timing  

 Clerking: Self Clerking System will be utilized. Athletes will check in and get heat/lane assignments at the

athlete entrance table near the south shed.

 Implement Certification: Implements will be impounded if qualifying marks are hit. If you want to certify implement prior to competition please see head official at the shed near the 1500m.

 Facility Information: Track- 8 Lanes / Horizontal Pits- 4 Pits / Boards- LJ- 11' 5" / TJ- 28", 31' 3", 36' 1", 40'

Throws- Javelin - Track Runway / Concrete Circles

 Athlete Entrance: Athletes must enter the track at the gate near the 1500m

 Athlete Exit: Athletes must exit the track at the finish line gate

 Locker Rooms: Locker Rooms will not be availablefor changing and showering. Please notify

brittany.lang@goucher.edu if you need any special accommodations.

 Bathroom Facilities: Portable Restrooms will be available at the Track, and inside the Sports & Recreation Center

 Sanitation: Disinfectant Spray will be placed around the facility to disinfect blocks, hurdles, and implements

 Spectators: TBD

 Team Staging: Each Team will have their designated area along the track, on the hill, or in the infield of the track. No

teams permitted in the pavilion above the track & field facility. Teams are not permitted to set up on the

Grandstand.

 Team Buses/Vans: Parking will be available in the Sports & Recreation Center Lot near the storage units. If Buses can

not fit, they may park in the Dorsey Center Parking Lot

 Inclement Weather: In case of lightning teams will return to team buses/vehicles. Officials/Volunteers will return to

vehicles or rooms. Access to indoor facilities will be limited.

 Clerking: Heat Sheets will be provided on M&D Timing. Heat/Lane Assignments & Hip Numbers will be at 

Clerking table near athlete entrance. If Lanes need to be filled we will do our best to makes changes

on the fly.

 Athletic Training: Athletic Training Staff will be available for emergency needs. Any special request please contact us

ahead of time.

 Testing Protocol: TBD.  If an athlete, coach, official or volunteer is showing symptoms they can be quarantined in the

Gazebo on the hill before traveling home.
