Athletes are not to enter the school. Restrooms are in the stadium everyone to use
Athletes should us 1/4 spikes only.
EMT and Trainers will be on site.
Concessions will be sold.
Please clean and police your area prior to departing the competition

There will be 3 calls for all events please report promptly.
No Blocks in the Prelims.
Once athletes are checked in it is their responsibility to stay in the bullpen area and remember their heat/lane assignment.
Must wear school issued team uniform.
Relay Cards must be submitted upon check in, please print legibly.
Relay Teams - 4 runners must all match with team uniform.
NFHS Track & Field rules will apply.
Shot Put the first throw will be measured, following throws must meet the minimum standard.
Boys - 37ft; Girls - 27ft *excluding Novice
Discus- the first throw will be measured, following throws must meet the minimum standard.
Boys - 100ft; Girls - 80ft *excluding Novice
Long Jump- the first jump will be measured; following attempts must meet the minimum standard.
Boys - 18ft; Girls - 14ft *excluding Novice
Triple Jump- the first jump will be measured; following attempts must meet the minimum standard.
Boys - 37ft; Girls - 27ft *excluding Novice
High Jump - opening heights
Girls 4ft 4in; Boys 5ft 4in
Pole Vault - the first jump will be measured: following attempts must meet the minimum standard.
Boys - 8ft 6in: Girls - 6ft 6in
Athletes in field events that are participating in a running event must check out with the head official prior to leaving the competition area.
