Team Limit -

To maintain course safety and enjoyment of our runners we will limit School

Entries to 25 Teams per race unless health or school guidelines further

restrict entry. Entries to be selected on a first come basis. Register for race at:

 Course:5000 meters - 3.1 miles of well- groomed mostly flat fast terrain beginning outside

our stadium with a finish inside the stadium. Course was selected to run the

AACPS County Championships multiple times and the 3A South Regional Meet.in

2021, 2022 and projected for 2023

 Time: September 09,2023

         7:30 am - Course walk / Coaches Meeting at starting line (packet pick up inside the stadium)

         9:00 am - Girls Varsity Race (Top 10 runners) - be at starting line 15 min before start

         9:45 AM - Boys Varsity Race (Top 10 runners) - be at starting line 15 min before start

         10:30 am- Girls B Race (unlimited)

         11:15 am- Boys B Race (unlimited)

 Confirm team attendance ASAP. Register athletes once payment is received but no later than 9/05 via www.md.milesplit.com; MD.Milesplit is the only website for entries.

         $175.00 for Girls Team

         $175.00 for Boys Team

          $300.00 if registering both teams

 Please send a check with the data sheet below when directed by race director. Team entries to be made ASAP and on first come basis (20 teams per gender is meet limit) on the link above but do not send checks until directed.  Team Awards:  Team Trophy to top 3 teams in both girls' and boys' varsity races

Trophy for top girl and boy in the varsity race plus 10 medals for winning team of the varsity women and men's races.

Medals for first (25) places for Women

and Men's Varsity races

Medals for Top 25 in B Women and Men's Races to be given out in chute.

 Awards for Varsity races will be given at conclusion of last race in Awards Ceremony

athletes in Milesplit and on race day send their top 10 athletes to the starting line for the varsity races. All other athletes will run in the B Races. We have sold out for the last 3 years so

Also Chesapeake will be sponsoring a canned food drive for the Maryland Food Bank of AA County. The team that brings in the most cans of food wine race box choice..
