Performance list for the 2009 Friends of Indoor Track Invitational to be held Wednesday, December 30th at the PG Sports & Learning Center in Landover, MD.

Some of the top distance runners in Northern Virginia competed Wednesday at the Friends of Indoor Track Invitational producing some of the top times in the state, while the sprints and field events were predominantly dominated by athletes from the state of Maryland. Lake Braddock's Liana Epstein (pictured by Nicoll Knudsen) won the 1600 meter run with a state best time of 5:07.
