The Bulldogs have picked up right where they left off during the Indoor season as the most dominant team in the state. Earlier this season they competed in the Florida Relays and dropped a 44.6 in the 4x100, 1:35 in the 4x200, and 3:37 in the 4x400. Those times are either first or second in the nation and likely won't be touched by a Maryland team all year. They have incredible depth in the sprints and field and will look to show that off at their home invite on 4/15 and at the Penn Relays later this month.

Gabrielle Franklin is an excellent 300m Hurdler, Mame Diop has jumped over 37 feet in the Triple and Emilie Creighton has shown she is an excellent middle-distance runner. These individuals coupled with solid relays make Blake a strong team to beat and one of the favorites for the 4A classification.

The Patriots always produce a strong well balanced team. Their strength this season is their distance runners and throwers. Lexi Ensor has emerged as one of the top distance runners in the state over the last few months. She has the capability to run under 2:15 for the 800 and under 5:05 for 1600. Salley Honeywell is one of the top 300m Hurdlers in the state and Julian Zukley is one of the best throwers. If the Falcons can get their usual dose of strong distance points and get help in a few other events along the way, they will be a contender for the 4A state meet.
