After missing the first month of cross country due to a reported injury, the 17-time Class 1A state champ Ty Franks of Bohemia Manor made his return to action on Tuesday in winning the Susquehanna Divisional Championships in 17:27 as he ran with sophomore teammate Grant Franceschina to go 1-2 in the race.
