Check out the top 500 returning rising sophomore (class of 2019) boys in cross country from the state of Maryland. Linganore's Michael Belmaggio finished 4th in last year's Frederick County Championships as only a freshman with a 16:34 5K performance at Urbana High School's course. Belmaggio is one of only 7 runners among the class of 2019 who were able to break 17 minutes on a 5K course last fall in Maryland.
