Check out the top 500 returning rising senior (class of 2017) boys in cross country from the state of Maryland. Richard Montgomery's Rohann Asfaw has the top returning 5K time among all Maryland runners, and will be shooting to add his third individual state title in November after winning the 4A 1600 and 3200 at last year's outdoor state championships. The class of 2017 includes the fastest returning runner from all four classifications (Asfaw, Micah Hewitson, Nick Tilson and Will Merritt) as well as the fastest private school returnee (Jimmy Vazzana).
