The Middletown boys used a strong team effort scoring in almost all events and got wins in the 55H, high jump, 3200 relay, and the pole vault.
The Mt. Hebron girls got wins in the 3200 relay, 300, 500, 800, and the 55H to take the girls crown.
Both teams will be among the favorites next Monday at the state finals. The 3a/2a west region produced some of the best times of the regional qualifing.
