Who Won The Week? Unger Changes Look Of 4A State Meet

It was one of the busiest weeks of racing in Maryland to date, and it certainly did not disappoint. Dalton Hengst won another big race down in North Carolina at the Great American Cross Country Festival, but it was another performance in the same race that could have major postseason implications. First-year cross country runner Mark Unger finished eight seconds ahead of Adam Nakasaka, who was probably the 4A favorite heading into this week. The two runners will see each other at both counties and regionals before  heading into the state meet in November.
