Going off 2019 three mile season bests, the North Hagerstown boys have two of the top ten returning boys in the Central Maryland conference, and both will still only be juniors. Finn McGreevy (#1126) and Matt Stine (#1131) each clocked sub-17 minute three mile season bests last fall at the Frank Keyser Invitational and give the Hubs two solid leaders for the next two seasons.
Top Ten Returners from 2019 Meet
Last year's CMC championships were very senior-heavy on the boys' side, as the top two teams (Oakdale and Williamsport) rode that experience to 2A and 1A state titles, respectively. However, that means only seven of the top 20 finishers from last year's championship race will be back in 2020, led by South Hagerstown's Elom Akakpo. However, with seven of the top boys below being seniors this fall, the conference could be in for even more turnover moving forward.
