The three-mile course at Centennial High School has been run since the fall of 2015 when it was shortened from a 5K. Each year Centennial hosts the Howard County Invitational, the county championships and (sometimes multiple) regional meets. This spring it played host to a Howard County league meet as well as the 2020-21 Howard County XC Championships.
