Outlook: The Falcons return one of the deepest team in the state for this upcoming season. They will have 10 girls returning who have run under 22:00, 6 under 21:00, and 3 under 20:00, as they look to improve on their 4th place finish at states last fall. They will have a strong trio in Mallory Trutenko, Cameron Glebocki, and Taylor Denton and based on the success that many girls had during the spring track season, look for a few more to join those three.

Outlook: Our #1 girls preseason team are the Towson Generals. The Generals had a good season last year but will be looking to move up to the podium this year after finishing 3rd behind Howard and Northern Calvert at Hereford last fall. This could be the year that they do it as they bring back their top 9 girls from last years team, including 5 who have run under 19:57 for 5k. With so much depth the Generals should be in the mix to win every meet they attend this season.
