Outlook: The Patriots will look to improve one place from their State finish last year after finishing 2nd to Howard. They bring back one of the top runners in the state in Ella Meccia who was state runner up last year. Gentry Bowie will also be a strong runner as she ran 19:12 for 5K last year and had an impressive track season. The Patriots do a fantastic job in improving throughout the season and developing freshman runners so look for them to be in the mix at every meet they attend.

Key Losses: Piper Lentz, Sophie McGee
Outlook: The Bulls will look to repeat as the 2A champs on their home course this upcoming fall season. They have arguably the best 1-2 duo in the state in the Snider Sisters who come into the season with 5k PRs of 18:51 and 19:02. Rebekka Hillier returns as a strong #3 with a 5k PR of 19:52. Their most competitive post season meet may come at the Baltimore County Championships when they will square off with Towson and Dulaney who both return strong teams as well.
