July 24th Update:

The 2020 Seahawk XC Invite has been cancelled. We are planning to resume the meet in 2021. Thank you to everyone who indicated their interest in attending this year and in past years. Best wishes to you and your team this year and we hope to see you in 2021.



The Course
:

The 2020 Seahawk Invitational will be held on the same course as last year. The 3.0 mile course is a mix between grass fields and wooded trail. A course map will be posted on MileSplit and emailed to coaches in advance of race day.

Entry Info
:

25 boys and girls teams

Varsity A Boys and Varsity A Girls races (10 athletes per gender)

Varsity B Boys and Varsity B Girls races (unlimited entries)

To secure a spot, entry fee must be paid. No exceptions regardless of circumstances. It is the responsibility of each team to provide payment. No passwords given without payment. Sharing passwords is prohibited and will result in removal from meet.

Entry Fee
:

$200 for boys and girls

$125 for single gender schools

Races
:

7:00am: Course open for Course Walk

8:15am: Coaches Meeting at finish line

8:45am: Varsity Girls A race (Top 10 boys)

9:25am: Varsity Boys A Race (Top 10 girls)

10:05am: Varsity B Girls (unlimited)

10:45am: Varsity B Boys (unlimited)

11:45am: Awards Ceremony by the finish line



Awards
:

Top 25 runners in all Varsity races receive medals

A races receive medals at Awards Ceremony

B races receive medals in the chute

Plaque to winning individual in each A race

Trophies to top two teams in each A race
