Meet Information
Date: Saturday, June 19TH- 20TH, 2021
Open Meet: Open to Unattached/ClubHigh School Student-Athletes in Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware. (Please do not register under your High School).
Uniforms: Athletes may not compete under High School Name, or in High School Uniforms.
Entry Instructions: Entries will be done on Mile Split. Entries are due Thursday June 17th, 2021 at 6:00 PM. Field will be announced June 17th, by 8:00 PM. Check M&D Timing for acceptance into meet.
Entry Fees: No Entry Fee
Qualifying: Top 24 Entries in the 100m Dash and 100/110 Hurdles
Top 16 Entries in 200m and above
Top 16 Entries in Long & Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus
Top 12 Entries in Pole Vault, High Jump,
*performances must be verified through Mile Split, Athletic.Net, or TFRRs
Arrival Check In: Upon arrival please sign in at Registration Table and verify Payment & Sign/Turn In COVID Waivers (COVID Regulations subject to change)
Heats: Slow to Fast
Preferred Lanes: 4, 5, 6, 3, 7, 2, 8, 1
Prelims/Finals: Trials in 100m Dash, 110 Hurdles, and 100 Hurdles / 9 to finals in Field Events
Live Results: M&D Timing

Recruiting Village: College Coaches will be available in the Recruiting Village near the Finish Line
Featured Schools: TBA
Clerking: Self Clerking System will be utilized. Athletes will check in and get heat/lane assignments at the athlete entrance table near the south shed. Athletes are responsible for reporting to starting line on time (at least before 5 min before start of event).
Athlete Entrance: Athletes must enter the track at the gate near the 1500m
Athlete Exit: Athletes must exit the track at the finish line gate with our "G" logo on it.
Restrooms: Portable Restrooms will be available on site.
Locker Rooms: Locker Rooms will not be available
Sanitation: Disinfectant Spray will be placed around the facility to disinfect blocks, and hurdles.
Spectators: 2 Spectators per registered athlete (no spectator fee)
Coaches: 1 Coach pass will be given to each athlete. Access to inside the competition areas. Coaches please contact Morgan Cheatham morgan.cheatham@goucher.eduto request your pass. Passes may be picked up at registration table.
Athlete Staging: Please adhere to Social Distancing Guidelines will be in place throughout the facility. The Infield will be open for warm ups throughout the meet.
Spectator Staging: Please adhere to Social Distancing Guidelines. Stadium and Hill Seating is available to spectators. You may bring chairs/tents for Hill seating.
Parking: Parking will be available in the Sports & Recreation Center Lot or in the Dorsey Center Parking Lot
Inclement Weather:In case of lightning/thunder, or storms athletes will return to vehicles. Officials/Volunteers will return to vehicles. No access to indoor facilities
Clerking: Heat/Flight Sheets will be provided on M&D Timing. Heat/Lane Assignments & Hip Numbers will be at Clerking table near athlete entrance.
Athletic Training: Athletic Training Staff will be available for emergency purposes only.
Testing Protocol: Testing will not be required, but encouraged. Please monitor symptoms prior to your arrival.
Face Coverings: Face Coverings are recommended, but not required. (COVID Regulations subject to change)
