Meet Information
KEY MEET INFORMATION:
- Due to the volume of entries for the 200 and 400 COACHES MUST DECLARE FOR THE EVENT! This means you must go to the coaches pavilion and declare that your athlete is competing! seeding will be based upon those who declare ONLY! We do not want to run with empty lanes!
- DECLARATION TIMES: 400 (10AM-12 NOON)/ 200 (3PM-5PM)
- FOR ALL OTHER EVENTS please email any scratches you have to morgan@mdtimingllc.com ASAP!
- Make sure to pay close attention to what's goin on at the track. We will run ahead of schedule if possible, but NO MORE THAN 30 MINUTES MAX.
- When at all possible PLEASE CAR POOL! We have close to 80 teams registered and parking will be limited. Coaches please have your team travel by bus if at all possible.
- Packet pickup will be in the Coaches Pavilion right across from the track (behind the stadium bleachers). Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided (for coaches only)!
- Implement weigh ins will happen in the coaches office directly across from the shot put circle.

REMINDER:
*Top 24 entries in each event, verified by meet management through MileSplit. In order to do so horizontal entries will be cut off 7 days before competition so that the marks can be verified. Selected athletes will be posted on flight sheets by Wednesday . Once posted, coaches will be given 24 hours to respond if they feel their jumper has been excluded.
