Entries
Teams will be limited to 25 individual entries (not including entries in the frosh/soph mile) and 1 relay team per relay event. Each team will have 25 entries per team gender entered. Teams may enter up to 10 entries per gender in the Frosh/Soph 1600m Run. Each team can enter up to 2 entries per event. A 3rd entry is allowed provided all 3 entries meet the minimum standard.
Entries and Schedule
Attached are the 2024 entries for the Track and Field Events for the meet. Also, a projected time schedule is provided, hopefully we will be able to run ahead of the schedule. Live Results will be done by M&D Timing.
Blocks, Exchange Zones, and Run Outs
- Blocks will not be provided. Athletes may use blocks in the 100 m and High Hurdles Prelims, but there will be no run outs. The finals will allow blocks and run outs.
- Pikesville has a 30m exchange zone for 4x1 (gold arrows) and 4x2 (red-red-gold arrows). The 4x4 and 4x8 will have a 20m zone (blue arrows) and have a waterfall start.
- Field events on the runway will not allow run outs per the NFHS rule. Please bring a mark to warmup with on run throughs.
Weather
- We will monitor the weather and will have a plan for severe weather. We will try everything possible to compete on the scheduled date.
- All team tents must be staked down. Any unsecured tents will be need to be taken down.
Parking and Stadium Map
- Below is a JPG of the Stadium Map provided for the Stadium, Drop Off and Bus Arrivals. We are asking that buses park on Lightfoot Ave. below the stadium complex, follow the directions on the attached map and suggested parking options.

Spectator Info
- Spectator Parking is in the main lot of the high school. After parking spectators should walk along Labyrinth Rd to enter the stadium. If parking on a side street, see no parking signs and do not block driveways or the vehicle may be towed. Let's be kind to the Pikesville community.
- Electronic Spectator tickets may be bought on (HomeTown Ticketing-2024 Link). Tickets should be bought ahead of time, and they will electronically "rip" the ticket at the gate on Saturday. Please share the link with your team's spectators.
- Concessions stand, Kona Ice, and Traveling Tom's Coffee Truck will be provided inside the stadium. Vendors will have the ability to accept cash (Confirming other methods card, Apple Pay or the Cash App)
- Meet T-Shirts (Size XS-2XL) with UV protection and a list of participating teams on the back will be available for $30 at the meet. We are accepting cash and Venmo for electronic payment.
- Moyer Sports will be selling running apparel.
