Hello Coaches! Thank you for joining us again this year. There will be a few updates listed below. Please read through them, and if you have any questions feel free to email cjfoster1@aacps.org
Course Updates (Still a 3 mile)
Due to new construction of the basketball courts, we will no longer go around them. Instead, we are adding an extension to the forest section of the trail, as well as a few minor adjustments. The course will remain mostly unchanged. An updated course map will be posted here this summer.
Race Updates - Coach's 2x800 Relay
After the student's races while awards are being set up, we will be hosting our first Coach's Duo relay - a 2x800 relay over mile 1 of the course. Entry is free - just show up to the line with 2 coaches ready to race. (Alumni will also be accepted) If you have more on your coaching staff who would want to race, you can have an "A" and "B" team. A course map will be posted here this summer.

Entry Info:
Varsity A Boys and Varsity A Girls races (10 athletes per gender)
Varsity B Boys and Varsity B Girls races (unlimited)
Entry Fee:$250 for boys and girls
$150 for single gender schools
$30 for individual runners per gender (athlete #5 constitutes a whole team)
